About the Game:
Coconut Dash is a fun, bright and cheerful
game which will challenge your reflexes.
For less than the price you might pay for a cappuccino
coffee, you can get hours of entertainment.
Trapped on a desert island, our castaway runs the beach whilst being
bombarded by coconuts, thrown by a bunch of cheeky apes.
Your goal: catch as many as you can and beat the clock. Watch out for
the special gold nuts, that will give you extra time. Try to catch a
Red a White and a Blue nut in the same game scene, to unlock a bonus
round. A torrent of nuts will rain from the sky and you must dash madly
about grabbing as many as you can. The more you play, the more you will
learn the sequences, and gain higher scores and reach higher levels.
Coconut Dash is suitable for all ages, good clean fun! Great to pass
the time, and keep you entertained and engrossed, to leave the cares
of the world to one side for a while.

Info Screen
The touch sensitive arrow buttons on the
left and right of the screen allow you to control your man.
Press one or the other, to get your man to race left or
right across the beach and collect the coconuts the Apes
will throw.
Not every ape will throw a nut, so you have to try your
best to catch the ones you can.
Pushing both arrow buttons at once, will make your man jump.
You need this to jump the Crazy Crabs
In any given scene, you will get one Gold Nut, one Red Nut,
one White Nut and one Blue Nut.
If you catch a Gold Nut, you get extra playing time added
to that scene.
If you catch the Red, the White and the Blue Nuts, you will
get to play a Bonus Round when the timer has counted to
zero.

This is a main game screen
The Time at the top left of the screen,
counts down to zero, and when it reaches zero, the scene
is over.
If you have caught enough Coconuts, for the scene, then
you go on to the next scene. If not, the game is over.
At the bottom left of the screen, you see the outlines
of coconuts. This shows how many you must catch for this
scene.
As you catch coconuts, the outlines become filled in.
When you have caught all you need, the coconuts will flash.
Brown nuts are worth 1 point, coloured ones worth 2 points
each.
There are sequences controlling the timing of when the
special coloured nuts appear.
With experience, you will learn the sequences, and be
better able to predict when a coloured nut will appear
Oh, and try not to get hit on the head. It knocks your
man to the ground, and costs you valuable seconds !
Small coloured icons will appear on the top right of the
screen, to show you which of the special coloured nuts
you have caught so far.
The Crazy Crab will come out periodically, and scuttle
across the beach.
You need to be ready, and push both buttons at the same
time, to jump the crab.
The Crab running sound will play and pans left or right
with the crab. You can use this to tell which direction
it will come from.
Also, a small crab icon in a red rectangle will appear
at the top right of the screen, to indicate a crab is
on the way.
Get ready to jump !
As you go through to higher scenes, you need to collect
more nuts in the time, to complete the scene.
The nuts come faster, the crabs come more frequently,
and the whole game hots up.
I hope you have good reflexes and hand-eye coordination.

This is a Bonus Round
screen.
In this scene, you are invincible, and don't need to worry
about getting hit.
Just dash about madly, to grab as many of the coconuts as
you can before the timer runs down.
The nuts you grab in this scene, get added to both your
total score, an your scene score.
If you didn't fill your quota in the main game scene, this
Bonus Scene can help you avoid a Game Over.
Dash, Jump and generally go nuts to catch what you can :)
